Cedar wood is outstanding in its high fibre density, and accumulates strength and its unique, powerful energy over time.
The estate is not only aesthetically pleasing – it creates an atmosphere that helps to relax, unwind, find your inner balance and reconnect with nature. - Every detail has been worked out with great consideration. Wooden surfaces are treated with high quality German wood oil – it forms a translucent coating, sealing and protecting the wood while leaving its texture visible. The colour of the oil finish is a subtle combination of natural shades, which helps the estate buildings blend in and become an integral part of the forest landscape.
- Copper roof covering and larch paneling add to the prominence and the sophisticated look of the estate.
- The elaborate architectural space will allow you to enjoy the suburban privacy in comfort. Every tree and the natural forest landscape have been preserved at their fullest, giving the opportunity to enjoy birds singing, picking mushrooms and berries, and spending plenty of time out of doors. The bath complex is a separate part of the estate, which makes it a perfect place to relax and receive guests.
The first part of the complex is an octagonal living room with a high cone-shaped dome. Large windows and the fireplace create a special atmosphere of coziness and warmth.
The second part of the complex is a bathhouse. The wood-burning stove is constructed by a highly skilled artisan and is capable of keeping the temperature for at least a day.
The third part of the complex is a huge wellness pool. The pool is shaped like a water drop. Dimensions: 10 x 6 m, variable depth 1.4-1.8 m. The entire territory of the pool has panoramic glazing overlooking the pine forest. Also, the bath complex has an indoor terrace and a special facility which can be made into a gym.
